Author: BELCHERTOWN, Lyle A. Bachand, 20, of Belchertown passed away at home unexpectedly in peace Friday, November 1st, 2013. Born in Springfield, he was the son of the late Mark and Lorraine (Bronner) Bachand. He was raised in Belchertown and graduated from Pathfinder Regional Vocational Technical High School in 2013. He worked for his Uncle Paul at Westover Auto Salvage.
He will be truly missed by his family and friends. Lyle leaves behind his mother, Lorraine, his brother Mark, sister Kandis, her husband Chris and their children Hannah and Chris Jr., as well as his sister Robin, her husband Vinny and their children Michael and Isabella. He was predeceased by his father, Mark Sr. in 2012.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, Nov. 8, at 10:00 a.m. in Quabbin Park Cemetery. Calling hours will be Thursday, Nov. 7, from 6-8 p.m. Obituary and memorial register at www.douglassfuneral.com.
